Expired Case World Codes

Not every Case World string in a video description still pays. Volatile Industries turns codes off after a campaign, a visit milestone, or a release window. This page lists the expired codes we know about in early September 2026 and explains why a dead code, a typo, and a level gate can look identical if you only mash Redeem. Use it as a filter next to the working codes table, not as a second redeem list.

Expired rewards were still virtual Case World items with no real-world value. A dead code does not mean you lost a real prize. It means Store will not credit cash, a case, or a sticker capsule for that string anymore.

freestickers is the only expired Case World code on this wiki right now. It targeted level 40 accounts with a Release Exclusive Sticker Capsule. The string still appears in older clips because the capsule was a launch-window gift, and creators rarely edit descriptions after a code dies. Do not enter it. Redeem will fail, and retrying will not restore the capsule.

If you already redeemed freestickers while it was live, you keep whatever virtual capsule the game granted at the time. Expiration stops new claims. It does not delete an item that already landed in inventory.

Why dead codes fail in Store

The redeem field at the bottom of Store is a simple check: is this exact string still enabled for your account? When Volatile Industries disables a code, that check returns a failure even if you spell it perfectly and sit at level 40. The game does not publish a public Trello of code dates, so this wiki tracks status by testing in-game rather than by guessing from thumbnails.

Failure is not unique to expired strings. The same Redeem button also rejects:

• Wrong spelling. freesticker (missing s) was never the live code. 400visits is not 400kvisits.
• Extra characters. A trailing space, a period, or a line break from a copy-paste.
• Level gate on a live code. molotov still requires level 40. That is not expiration.
• Already claimed. A live code you redeemed last month will not pay again.

Sort those four before you declare a code dead. Open how to redeem Case World codes, enter the string once, and read the result. If the working codes table still lists it, raise your level or fix the spelling. If this expired page lists it, stop.

Why freestickers keeps spreading

Case World launched on 5 January 2026. Launch codes travel farther than later visit codes because every early video copied the same list. Release (300 Cash) is still listed as working and has no level gate. freestickers sat beside it in those first roundups, aimed at level 40 players who wanted a Release Exclusive Sticker Capsule. When the capsule code shut off, the cash code did not automatically die with it. Players who treat “release codes” as one blob keep pasting both.

Visit-milestone names make the same mistake in the other direction. 25kvisits, 160kvisits, 350kvisits, and 400kvisits look like they should expire in order. They do not. A 25k visit gift can stay live after a 400k visit gift exists. Status is per string. Never assume a smaller number is dead because a larger one appeared.

YouTube titles that say “ALL WORKING CODES” go stale the day a single string is disabled. Watch them for the Store path if you need a visual, then redeem from the working codes table and this expired list. The September 2026 codes video on the hub is a snapshot, not a contract.

How to tell expiration from a level gate

Stand on a populated Case World server (max 40 players) so the UI is fully loaded. Open Store on the left, scroll to the bottom, and test in this order:

1. Redeem Release. If 300 Cash cannot land on a fresh account, you are in the wrong menu or the field has a hidden space.
2. Redeem a low-gate cash code you have not claimed, such as t3n at level 10.
3. Only then try a level 40 string. If molotov fails at level 20, that is the gate, not expiration.
4. Try freestickers last only if you insist on seeing the dead result. Prefer skipping it.

That order saves you from burning time on a sticker code while frytek or ikso0010 still sit unclaimed. It also stops you from confusing a level 31 nade miss with a dead Jester code. nade and CaseWorldMog are still on the working list as of this page; they fail on low levels because of the gate.

What to do instead of hunting dead strings

Put attention on live cash. 400kvisits is 8k Cash at level 40. 350kvisits is 7.5k at level 15. Those numbers move your virtual balance more than a sticker capsule you can no longer claim. Join the Volatile Industries group if you want the two-cases-at-once perk. That perk is not a code, does not expire like freestickers, and still only grants virtual cases with no real-world value. If a friend sends a string that is not on the working table and not on this expired table, treat it as unverified. Test it once in Store. If it fails, do not trade for it and do not pay real money for a “private code.” Case World does not give real-world value to any code, live or dead.
